As we begin to look to the future and possible return to some new form of normality, we must acknowledge where people are really at and how we might move forward together.
Covid-19 has provided both opportunity and threat for our Organisations and the people who work within them, whilst many of us, are in awe to the response to change and the way in which people have adapted it has also brought about a collision of our private and professional lives.
I have had the great privilege of talking to many people from CEOs to frontline staff and have been capturing the feedback including what they would like to see change.
It's inevitable that as soon as we're all based at home it's going to feel like there's a disconnect, feeling less a part of the central team, wondering if we missed out on the latest up. The lack of camaraderie can undermine the most important element if we want people to feel connected - maintaining relationships.
I too have had to adapt my business and have been using this little tool to capture and reflect back some of the feedback, observations and actions that have been shared. I hope that this little video might encourage you to stop and think and consider some change.
We are looking forward to launching two interactive webinars all about change that will support you in with the outcome of creating a transition communications plan.
